- History: The teeth we have identified with the numbers 1 and 3 have previously had porcelain veneers placed on them.
- Cosmetic treatment plan step #1: Utilize a teeth whitening process, so to see how much generalized whitening can be achieved.
- Cosmetic treatment plan step #2: Place dental crowns on the teeth identified with the numbers 1,2, and 3 so to idealize their shape, alignment, and color.
- Cosmetic treatment plan step #3: Reshape (buff and trim) the remainder of the upper front teeth so to give them more pleasing contours. (Or else improve the shape and appearance of these teeth by placing dental bonding or porcelain veneers.)
- Other treatment plan comments: Orthodontic treatment (braces) would be required to make any sort of substantial change in the appearance of the lower teeth.
