You can also visualize white fillings that have been placed on his teeth that have deteriorated and stained. An upper right back tooth appears to be missing and there is a tooth on his lower left that has an unpleasing shape and color.

Dental crowns and bridgework would probably be the best solution for this person's problems.
The dental crowns would be used to restore the shape and color of his front upper teeth and the misshapen tooth found on the lower left. The dental bridge aspect of his treatment could be used to replace the missing upper right tooth. It might be possible for his dentist to even out the biting edges of his lower teeth (as shown in our after picture) by simply buffing them down with a dental drill.
